Description

This patient was disatisfied with the size and shape of her breasts.  Though she disliked the deflated look of her chest following breast feeding, she opted not to have a lift to avoid additional incisions and scarring.  To achieve the results seen here, I performed a Bilateral subpectoral, dual- plane, augmentation mammoplasty with 375cc Natrelle Inspira silicone implants.
