This 53 year-old patient desired a very natural-look from her surgery.  Her goal was to add upper-pole fullness with moderate volume to enhance her slim physique to feel more confident in clothing and day-to-day life.  She is seen here before an 6 weeks after Bilateral subpectoral, dual- plane, augmentation mammoplasty with 250cc silicone implants.
