Description

This 20 year old patient was dissatisfied with the appearance of her breasts.  Although her primary concern was addressing the deflated look of her breasts, she opted not to have a breast lift in order to avoid the additional incisions and resulting scars.  To achieve the results seen here, I performed a subpectoral dual-plane augmentation with full, smooth, round implants.  To correct for per-existing asymmetry, I used a 415cc implant on the left and a 450cc implant on the right.
