Description
This is a 32-year-old woman who had undergone a breast augmentation several years prior to coming to see me as a patient at my practice in Santa Barbara. In addition to having developed a capsular contracture, she had since had a child and was dissatisfied with changes to her breasts including the deflation of upper pole fullness and malpositioning of her implants.
