Description
This patient came to see me to fix issues with his nose following a baseball injury many years earlier that resulted in a nasal fracture. In addition to dissatisfaction with the appearance of the dorsal hump, he also had difficulty breathing on account of nasal airway obstruction. To improve the aesthetic appearance and his quality of life, I performed an open septorhinoplasty with bilateral spreader grafts and bilateral inferior turbinate reduction. He is seen here before and approximately 5 months after his surgery.
