This 28-year-old patient presented with large, heavy breasts and significant ptosis, seeking a smaller, more youthful, and proportionate appearance. She underwent a bilateral breast reduction using a superomedial pedicle technique with tailored skin excision to reshape and lift the breasts. During the procedure, excess breast tissue was removed and the remaining tissue was carefully contoured to create improved symmetry, enhanced projection, and a more balanced silhouette.
