Description
This 66-year-old patient with a history of prior breast reduction and revision surgery presented with concerns regarding breast shape and contour. Over time, she developed bottoming out of the breasts, loss of upper pole fullness, and poorly defined inframammary folds, resulting in a less supported and imbalanced appearance. She elected to undergo revision surgery to restore structure, positioning, and symmetry. The procedure focused on elevating the lower breast tissue, reinforcing internal support, and redefining the inframammary folds. Tissue was reshaped and secured to the chest wall to improve projection and contour, while excess skin was redraped and refined to create a smoother, more proportional appearance. The result is improved breast position, enhanced upper pole fullness, better-defined contours, and a more youthful, symmetrical outcome.
