Description
This 74-year-old patient underwent breast implant removal with en bloc capsulectomy after presenting with ruptured implants, capsular thickening, and breast ptosis. Wanting a more natural appearance without replacement implants, she elected to undergo a breast lift with auto-augmentation using her own breast tissue. A Wise pattern mastopexy with a superomedial pedicle technique was performed to elevate and reshape the breasts while restoring upper pole fullness and projection. Her results demonstrate a more youthful, lifted, and balanced breast contour achieved without the use of new implants.
