MyEllevate Neck Tightening in Santa Barbara, CA
MyEllevate is a revolutionary treatment to address lax underlying neck muscles and glands. It improves on all other advanced technology treatments that sculpt underlying neck structures through the skin and offers treatment with no incisions or scarring and can be performed with local anesthesia.
MyEllevate is the only non-surgical procedure in aesthetic medicine that lifts the underlying glands and muscles to deliver improved neck and jawline contours. Triple board-certified plastic surgeon Dr. Sara Yegiyants performs this treatment with the ICLED® light-guided suture system. Unlike a neck lift or facelift, MyEllevate addresses neck bands and glands to achieve a more sculpted look to the area.
What Is MyEllevate?
MyEllevate is a sophisticated treatment that helps enhance your neck’s appearance with a minimally invasive treatment. This non-surgical neck lift offers a gentle technique for a sleeker, more youthful neck contour and offers a brief recovery.
Dr. Yegiyants uses the treatment’s ICLED® light-guided suture system that employs LED light transillumination to guide these sutures through the correct depth and correction. As a result, she can precisely interlace underlying upper neck tissue and muscles without incisions with a sutured thread for a pleasingly sculpted jawline.
MyEllevate Candidates
MyEllevate is an effective non-surgical treatment for women and men who are:
- Concerned about sagging jowls
- In good overall health
- Non-smokers or willing to quit prior to the procedure
- In their 30s or 40s and struggle with the initial signs of aging
- Want a more defined jawline
If the skin around your jawline sags, you could be an excellent candidate for MyEllevate neck contouring.
How Does MyEllevate Work?
MyEllevate uses the ICLED and suture rod to strategically fasten the underlying muscles and glands of the neck with a suture thread. Dr. Yegiyants can perform this without incisions but instead, employs the suture thread to pull back the glands and muscles that make the neck sag.
This procedure is an excellent option to define and sculpt the jawline and neck without creating an incision beneath the chin. Although MyEllevate is often confused with a thread to lift because it utilizes sutures, it’s different because the MyEllevate results are indefinite—not temporary like a thread lift.
The MyEllevate Process
MyEllevate is performed under local anesthesia and takes approximately one hour. But first, Dr. Yegiyants will mark target areas for the tiny punctures she’ll create along your jawline.
An LED light-guided needle and thread will position the suture over the muscle and beneath the skin to bind underlying tissues. This technique keeps everything in place, resulting in a firm, sleek neck and defined jawline. Dr. Yegiyants can perform MyEllevate as a standalone procedure or in combination with with other corrective procedures, such as liposuction or injectables, for a comprehensive aesthetic outcome.
