Description

This patient presented with a tuberous breast deformity.  To achieve her desired results of a more natural looking breast shape with enhanced volume, I performed Bilateral subpectoral, dual- plane, breast augmentation with Natrelle Inspira silicone implants, and bilateral Benelli mastopexy.  To correct for pre-operative assymetry, I used a 375cc implant on the left and a 345cc implant on the right.
