Description

This 39-year-old patient presented with significantly enlarged, heavy breasts and advanced ptosis, along with excess fullness of the lateral chest wall. She underwent a bilateral breast reduction using a superomedial pedicle and Wise pattern technique, combined with power-assisted liposuction to the lateral chest for enhanced contouring. A total of approximately 6 pounds of breast tissue was removed, alleviating symptoms such as back and shoulder discomfort while creating a smaller, more lifted, and proportionate breast shape. Liposuction of the lateral chest wall further refined the silhouette, improving overall upper body balance. The patient is seen approximately one year after surgery, demonstrating a stable, well-contoured result with a more comfortable, natural-looking appearance that aligns with her goals.
