Description
This is a 62 year old woman from Santa Barbara who was dissatisfied with the aged appearance of her face. Bothered by the wrinkles and crepey skin on her neck and face, as well as laxity of her lower face, jowling and loss of mandibular definition, she opted for a full facelift with SMAS plication and a necklift with platysmaplasty. To further address signs of aging, I also performed a browlift and Transconjuctival lower blepharoplasty with fat repositioning to rejuvenate her eyes. She is seen in these photos before and a mere 3 weeks after her surgery.
