Necklift Case 1

Description

This 66-year-old patient underwent comprehensive facial rejuvenation to address age-related changes including midface and lower facial soft tissue laxity, loose skin and platysmal banding in the neck, and fine lines around the mouth. Surgery included a facelift with SMAS plication to elevate and reposition the underlying facial tissues and improve definition of the midface and jawline. A neck lift with platysmal suspension was performed to tighten the neck and enhance the cervicomental angle and overall neck contour. To further improve skin texture and fine perioral lines, fractionated CO₂ laser resurfacing was performed around the mouth. The patient recovered well following the combined procedure and achieved a more defined, refreshed, and natural-looking facial and neck contour with smoother perioral skin.
