Facelift Case 10

Description

This is a 60-year-old woman came to see me for facial rejuvenation following a facelift, necklift, and forehead lift that she had undergone 10 years prior to seeing me as a patient.  Dissatisfied with wrinkles along the mid cheek, the laxity of the lower face, jowling, and loss of mandibular definition, she sought surgical intervention to address these issues more comprehensively.  To achieve the results seen here, I performed a Secondary facelift with SMAS plication, a secondary neck lift with platysma-plasty, fat grafting to central face, and Radiofrequency microneedling to neck and forehead.
